TSSSA Executive Board Summary of Roles and Responsibilities |

Voting members of the TSSSA Executive Board are elected by the full membership of the organization at the Spring Conference. Each position on the board has a constitutionally-defined role. There are three official board meetings each year: the Spring Meeting is held in conjunction with the Spring Conference, the Summer Retreat is usually held in the Austin area, and the Fall Meeting is held in conjunction with the Fall TXCSS/TSSSA Conference. Other virtual ad hoc meetings may be organized by the president. The primary activity of the board focuses on planning for the two annual conferences. |

For 2024, the following positions are up for election: President-Elect, Secretary, At-Large. Here is the link to put your name on the ballot for any of these open positions. Board membership is restricted to current TSSSA members in good standing.
